Cancellation and Refund

Once you buy digital product after that if you want to cancel the order then you may cancel the order before you receive the digital product details and you will get full refund

but if you cancel the order after you received the digital product details on your registered email/WhatsApp then order cannot be cancelled

however you can apply for replacement if there is any issue in software license code,

please note we cannot issue any refund for software incompatible issue so please make sure first you must check the software compatibility before placing the order.

You can apply for replacement only for physical license product only if license not working,

need to provide a video proof or clear screenshot which shows license code that is not working or showing invalid or failed,

in that case we will provide you only replacement (Not refund as nature of product),

replacement has 2 modes as per customer preferences, either you can ask for license replacement as image on email or WhatsApp or you can ask replacement license for physical product via courier.
